Your Partners in Business

These key staff will assist you in developing your Discount Drug Store.

Business Development Manager (BDMs) Specifically aligned to your business, these team members have a strong retail skill set. BDMs are on a six to eight weekly store visit cycle with primary focus on increasing retail sales and stock turns, monitoring high standards of customer service delivery, driving the delivery of ongoing in store training and development and ensuring overall compliance across the brand. The BDMs work closely with the owner and manager to develop strong business relationships that form the basis of an ongoing partnership – they represent the link between the brand and the store and are the key primary contact you will have with Head Office.

Franchise Business Analyst Assists existing stores in achieving more profitable overall business results. Will liaise with external suppliers to ensure timely benchmark reporting is made available to franchisees and assist with the overall analysis, assessment and delivery of the group’s financial benchmarking data.

Visual Merchandise Coordinator remains on site for the week post shopfit during the set up of all new stores. Works closely with the Business Development Managers to assist existing stores with the achievement of high visual merchandising and display standards.
