Adults: Take one Centrum Advance tablet daily with water. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
Warnings
Always read the label. Follow the directions for use. The recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men. When taken in excess of 3,000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth de If symptoms persist, talk to your healthcare professional.
