Update to Online and Click and Collect orders:

As things continue to emerge with COVID-19, the way that you shop with us is a little different for the time being.

To ensure we can support our pharmacies who are fully dedicated to helping you with all their healthcare and medication needs, we have made the following change to temporarily suspend our online shopping and click and collect service.

Below are some FAQ’s to help answer any questions you may have.

Online Shopping:

We are working through online orders in the date they were received and will be fulfilling them based on stock availability.

If the product you ordered was not available, your card will be refunded immediately with the bank processing the funds to you within 2-5 working days.

You will receive an email as your order progresses:

  • If there is any cancellation or refund
  • When your order has been dispatched

We are experiencing greater than normal demand at this time. Our team is committed to working through the influx of online orders and dispatching your order as soon as possible. We are sorry that we are running a bit behind and it’s taking a bit longer to fulfil these orders.

The estimated time is currently 14 days to packing and delivery .

You will receive an email when your order is dispatched with your Australia Post tracking number. For Australia Post tracking, click here.

Click and Collect:

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready to collect. If you have not received an email confirmation, please contact your local store
