- Take as required after meals and before going to bed, up to 4 times a day or as directed. Chew tablets thoroughly before swallowing and follow with water if desired. If symptoms persist see your doctor.

- Store below 25degC in a dry place.

- Adults: Chew 2 tablets as required, after meals and at bedtime, up to 4 times daily or as directed by your healthcare professional. Children 6-12 years: Chew 1-2 tablets as required, after meals and at bedtime, up to 4 times daily or as directed by your healthcare professional.
