<p>The combination of two active ingredients helps make bowel movements easier by both softening stools and stimulating the muscles in the bowel. It is available in easy to swallow tablets for overnight relief and is suitable for adults and children 12 years and over, including those on opioid medications should consult their doctor or pharmacist.</p>
| Warnings | Not recommended for use in children under 12 years. Drink plenty of water. Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting is present, or if you develop diarrhoea. Do not take with other medicines or liquid paraffin, unless advised by a doctor. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, seek the advice of a healthcare professional before taking this product. Increase fibre in your diet except in cases of medication-induced constipation. If symptoms persist, seek advice from a health care practitioner. Prolonged use is not recommended and may lead to dependence or serious bowel problems. Do not use if cap seal is broken or missing.
