The pack states overnight relief action, with effective relief in 8 hours. This pack contains 24 chewable tablets, providing a clearly measured option for short-term constipation treatment. The product directions specify use at bedtime or as advised by a health care practitioner, with a maximum of 3 chewable tablets in 24 hours unless on medical advice.
| Warnings | Drink plenty of water. Increase fibre in diet except in cases of medication-induced constipation (eg with codeine). Prolonged use of laxatives is undesirable and may lead to dependence.
