Nature's Own Sleep-Ezy is specially formulated with carefully selected ingredients including Valerian which has been traditionally used in Western herbal medicine* to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, and relieve sleeplessness. It is also includes Hops which has been traditionally* used in Western herbal medicine to calm nerves. Australian Made® and rigorously tested to ensure quality, potency, and purity, Nature's Own Sleep-Ezy capsules contain no added gluten, lactose, artificial colours or flavours, artificial sweeteners, or dairy products. Adults, take 2 to 3 capsules daily 1 hour before going to bed or as recommended by your healthcare professional. Always read the label and follow the directions for use. WARNING: In rare cases, Valerian may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching.
