Another ingredient is slippery elm bark, a traditional western herbal medicine that soothes irritated tissues, helps decrease symptoms of mild gastritis and mild gastrointestinal tract inflammation. Adults: Take 5g (1 level teaspoon) three times a day of this vegan-friendly pear-flavoured powder in 100mL of water or your favourite juice.
