| Dosage | WARNING: If you are pregnant – or considering becoming pregnant – do not take Vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. When taken in excess of 3,000 micrograms retinol equivalents, Vitamin A can cause birth defects. The recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men. Directions for use: Shake the bottle well before use. Use the measuring cup provided. Children 6 - 12 years of age: 5 mL once daily, preferably before a meal. Adults and children 13 years and older: 10 mL once daily, preferably before a meal. Store below 25 °C. Refrigerate after opening. Store upright at 2 °C to 8 °C (Refrigerate. Do not freeze.) and use within 4 weeks of opening. |

Riboflavin (vitamin B2) 0.82 mg, Nicotinamide (vitamin B3) 10.9 mg, Pyridoxine hydrochloride 1.33 mg equiv. Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) 1.1 mg, Colecalciferol (vitamin D3) 2.73 micrograms, d-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E) 4.58 mg, Cola acuminata (cola) seed infusion 1.96 g, from dry seed 45.5 mg, Echinacea pallida root infusion 1.96 g, from dry root 5 mg, Macrocystis pyrifera (ocean kelp) whole plant infusion 1.96 g, from dry whole plant 12.5 mg, Silybum marianum (milk thistle) fruit infusion 1.96 g, from dry fruit 50.5 mg, Triticum aestivum (wheat germ) seed infusion 1.96 g, from dry seed 12.5 mg.
